About Jumanji box

What is Jumanji box?

Jumanji box provides Curriculum-based, age and grade-relevant activity boxes for 8-15-year-olds that combines rote learning with experience-based learning. An activity box contains all materials required for 7-12 science activities, sensors, wiring boards and everything required to complete the project. With each box you get access to video lecture with step by step guide to complete all the project in a box. The boxes offer do-it yourself activities and come disassembled for the child to assemble & play along with the parent or grandparents.

How will I get confirmation of my order?

Our platform is enabled with secured payment gateways which are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certification) verified to collects payments on behalf of us & processes your e-wallets, Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-banking for you.

Do you allow “COD” cash on delivery on orders?

Sorry! We do not accept COD ( Cash on delivery ) order, due to the current pandemic situation we only accept prepaid orders!

What happens if I do not receive order confirmation, but my payment was successful?

That would be a rare case. However, during payment failure issue email us at & we will be happy to resolve the issue. And process the order after confirming the same with our payment gateway partner.

Is there any shipping fee?

Shipping is free for all orders! However, COD (Cash on Deliver) is chargeable.

What if there are parts missing from the Jumanji box?

We are very confident that your customers will not face such issues and to make sure our every product goes through a quality check process. However, keeping human error factor in mind we do provide support and you can reach out to us on and we will be able to help you out.

What if I receive a damaged box?

Please feel free to refuse delivery if the box is visibly damaged. If you receive a damaged part inside the box, reach out to us on and our customer support team will be happy to help

Can I cancel my Order/Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your order or subscription any time. However, we strongly recommend that you try us for at least three months and notice the change in adaptability of your child towards the practical learning of concepts. That way, you give your child ample opportunity to adapt to practical knowledge, challenges and a mindset to over come them by keep trying.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Order cancellation

There is no cancellation charge if the order is cancelled before the Jumanji Box is shipped. However, if the Jumanj box is already shipped we might deduct a minimal charge and refund the balance amount

Subscription cancellation

There is no Cancellation charge if you cancel the subscription. The amount will be refunded after deducting the value of the products delivered already. The amount of the products delivered will be calculated either as the Price of a single box/price of the previous subscription or both.


If 2 boxes have been delivered

Price of 2 individual boxes will be deducted and balance will be refunded.

If 4 or 5 boxes have been delivered

Price of a 3 months subscription + Price of 1 if 4 boxes or 2 if 5 boxes have already been delivered will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

How long will the refund take?

All the refund are processed with in 7-10 business of the approval. The amount will be refunded to original payment method. Note: COD amount will be refunded to the mindtronix wallet which can be used for later purchase.

Can I return an opened box?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any opened box. But we allow cancelations of future subscription.

How can I place orders?

We provide a panel for all requests, use your log in details to place new orders.

How can out staff get the training?

Our Login panel is equipped with training videos which are self sufficient to train anybody with basic understanding of using a computer. All the lectures are in English.
